- Do I need to download an app?
- No. The entire rental runs in your phone's web browser. Scanning the QR code on the station opens the station page, where you can see pricing and availability and start a rental in a few taps.
- How do I pay?
- Payment is handled through a secure hosted checkout. You enter your card once; the final amount is calculated when you return the power bank and a receipt is emailed to you automatically.
- What happens after I pay?
- The station releases a charged power bank from one of its slots. Your rental page shows the power bank ID, the elapsed time, the estimated charge so far and how to return it.
- Where can I return the power bank?
- Return it to the station you rented from or to any other compatible EnoCharge station in the network. Slide the bank into an empty slot until it locks; the return is detected automatically and your rental closes.
- What if the charger doesn't release?
- Do not scan and pay again. Your rental page offers a retry and a report-a-problem option, and our support team reviews every failed release so you are not charged for a bank you never received.
- What cable does the power bank have?
- Each power bank includes built-in charging cables so you do not need to carry your own. Output is a standard low-voltage USB supply, the same class of charging as a typical phone adapter.
