EnoCharge stations are designed for continuous operation in busy, shared spaces. Here is how we approach equipment safety and documentation.
Fire-resistant construction
Station enclosures specified with fireproof ABS and metal construction.
Monitored operating envelope
Equipment rated for operation from -10°C to 40°C and 45–75% humidity, with station health remotely monitored.
Low-voltage USB output
Power banks deliver a standard DC 5V / 2A USB output — the same class of charging as a typical phone adapter.

Safety is operational, not just a label.
Remote health monitoring
Every station reports its online status, slot occupancy and power-bank inventory to our operations console. Offline stations and failed releases raise alerts that our team acts on, and station events are logged for review.
Charged, inspected inventory
Returned power banks recharge inside the station before they are offered again. Banks flagged as missing, overdue or faulty are removed from circulation and tracked through maintenance until they are inspected or retired.
Payment protection
A rental is never marked active until the station confirms the power bank was released. If hardware fails after payment, the rental is flagged for review and refunded rather than charged.
Documentation on request
Battery transport, safety data sheets and electrical compliance files for our equipment are maintained in a central compliance center with expiry tracking. Host locations receive the relevant documents during onboarding.
Compliance documentation
We publish compliance information only after the corresponding documentation has been received and verified by our team. Verified items appear below; host locations can request full documentation during onboarding.
Documentation verification is in progress for our station hardware. No public compliance claims are made until verification is complete.
